Constitution

It is to be noted; After a election held between all registered members of the Freiheit beweging, The Freiheit constitution was accepted and adopted trough a two thirds majority vote on this day of 30 March 2018.

It is also to be noted that the Freiheit Constitution is based on, and in line with, The ICCPR and the Bill of rights SA.

Freiheit Constitution

SECTION 1

1 The proposed and accepted name for this movement is as follows.

FREIHEIT BEWEGING

2 That the name "Freiheit" will be a constant reminder that all peoples has the right to freedom, furthermore
that the freedom of other people or non-Freiheit members will at all times be respected by the Freiheit movement.

SECTION 2

1 That the main objectives of the Freiheit beweging is :
1.1 to ensure that all members has inherent dignity and the right to have their dignity respected and protected
1.2 to respect and put above all else, every members right to life.
1.3 to respect and defend the Freedom and security of all members
1. All members has the right to freedom and security of the person, which includes the right-
a. not to be deprived of freedom arbitrarily or without just cause;
b. not to be detained without trial;
c. to be free from all forms of violence from either public or private sources;
d. not to be tortured in any way; and
e. not to be treated or punished in a cruel, inhuman or degrading way.
2. All members has the right to bodily and psychological integrity, which includes the right-
a. to make decisions concerning reproduction;
b. to security in and control over their body; and
c. not to be subjected to medical or scientific experiments without their informed consent.
1.4 To respect and defend the right to privacy of all members
All members has the right to privacy, which includes the right not to have
a. their person or home searched;
b. their property searched;
c. their possessions seized; or
d. the privacy of their communications infringed
1.5 To respect and defend the right to a safe environment for all members
All members has the right-
a. to an environment that is not harmful to their health or well-being; and
b. to have the environment protected, for the benefit of present and future generations, through reasonable legislative and other measures that-
1. prevent pollution and ecological degradation;
2. promote conservation; and
3. secure ecologically sustainable development and use of natural resources while promoting justifiable economic and social development.
1.6 To respect and defend our members right to Health care, food, water and social security
1. All members has the right to have access to-
a. health care services, including reproductive health care;
b. sufficient food and water; and
c. social security, including, if they are unable to support themselves and their dependents, appropriate social assistance.
2. The Movement must take reasonable legislative and other measures, within its available resources, to achieve the progressive realization of each of these rights
within the boundaries of the movement.

a Farming
b Production
c Import and export
d Sales and marketing
In a safe environment that is not harmful, directly or indirectly, to the fiscal or emotional health and well being of our members.

SECTION 3

1 Income for the Freiheit beweging will mainly be generated trough donations, agricultural activities, Member fee,s and services rendered.
Such Income is managed by a qualified Accountant that is known as the Director of finance, who will make use of a Bank account
in the name of Freiheit Beweging.
The end of the financial year for the Freiheit beweging to be the last day of February of each year.

2 Expenses will include a fair compensation for directors as set out in the "Board of Directors" but will mainly be used for the
Purchasing of agricultural land, Social development, Economic development and other expenses directly related to the benefit
of members with the main aim total eradication of any form of poverty by means of developing a economy based on
agriculture and food security.

SECTION 4 Organizational structures and powers.

1 In the spirit of honoring, protecting and defending all rights of members as per section 2 of the Freiheit constitution, the main decision making body of
the Freiheit beweging is the movement's members themselves.
All members is known as the "General assembly" who propose, Vote on and appoint each individual Director by a two thirds majority.

2 In the case of any form of incompetence, Fraud, or any form of crime, such individual Director can be removed from office by the General
assembly trough a two thirds majority vote.

3 All decisions (Within reason) made by the Board of directors has to be approved by the general assembly trough a two thirds majority vote
before implementation. Such decisions includes Financial decisions, Development, Rules and regulations and law, Not limited to.

4 In the case of voting and / or meetings, minutes will be kept by the "Director of administration" and filed for future reference.
Filing can be done electronically but must include hard copy's that must be kept for a period of no less that 40 Years.

SECTION 5 Organization's property and assets

1 Any movable assets of the organization will belong to the organization and can not be privately owned by any individual director.

2 Any Fixed asset ( Property ) belongs to the organization and can not be privately owned by any individual Director or Member.

3 Members can occupy and use land or property belonging to the organization on the following terms and conditions.

a) That a minimum of 70% of such property be used for the intended purpose nl; Agriculture, Tourism, Parks or business.

b) That a member shall have in a written agreement, stating the GPS Co-ordinates of such property, the "Life long" use of

such property. Such "Right of use" on the property can be transferred to a family member providing that such a family member

is a registered member of the organization. In the case where there is no will from the "property user" in this regard the property

will be handed to another member best qualified to use the property for the intended purpose.

c) The right of use of properties belonging to the organization will be charged at a cost agreed on by the General assembly trough a

two thirds majority vote. Such income will be used as per Section 3.2 of the Freiheit constitution.

SECTION 6

Should the Organization ever be dissolved of wound up, The organization is to be transferred to another Non profit organization

with the exact objectives as the Freiheit beweging in which case the Freiheit constitution will remain in power.

SECTION 7 Membership

1 Membership is reserved for a specific Minority group referred to as "Boervolk"
Minority rights are the normal individual rights as applied to members of racial, ethnic, class, religious, linguistic or gender
and sexual minorities; and also the collective rights accorded to minority groups. Minority rights may also apply simply to individual
rights of anyone who is not part of a majority decision.
An ethnic group, or an ethnicity, is a category of people who identify with each other based on similarities such as common ancestry,
language, society, culture or nation.[1][2] Ethnicity is usually an inherited status based on the society in which one lives.
Membership of an ethnic group tends to be defined by a shared cultural heritage, ancestry, origin myth, history, homeland,
language or dialect, symbolic systems such as religion, mythology and ritual, cuisine, dressing style, art, and physical appearance.
Ethnic groups, derived from the same historical founder population, often continue to speak related languages and share a
similar gene pool.
By way of language shift, acculturation, adoption and religious conversion, it is sometimes possible for individuals or groups
to leave one ethnic group and become part of another (except for ethnic groups emphasizing racial purity as a key membership criterion).

2 Membership is in no way or form based on the calour of the skin but rather on the following criteria.
a) Religion
b) Common ancestry
c) Language
d) Cultural heritage

SECTION 8 Termination of membership

1 Membership can be terminated in one or more of the following instances.
a) If a member is found guilty of doing any form of harm to the organization that will directly, negatively impact
the rights of other members as set out in Section 2.1.2, Section 2.1.3 and section 2.1.5

SECTION 10 Constitutional ammendments

1 To change the constitution in any way or form, a minimum of 90% of members must vote in favour of such changes.
This rule is to protect the rights of a minority within the organization with respect to the majority.

2 To add sections to the constitution a two thirds majority must vote in favour of such additions.
